Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in unused condition & be in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please return to: T&SHOP, 78 Green Lanes, London N16 9EJ using a registered or signed for delivery service. We cannot accept liability of items damaged in transit back to us.

FAULTY, INCORRECT OR MISSING ORDERS

Please contact us within 24 hours if you have received a damaged, faulty or wrong order or if there is anything missing in your delivery & we will replace or refund your order.

Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.
